I have a problem with Digg & RSS

As you can read from the heading, I have a problem with Digg. Recently I thought I could become some more active in Digg.com and I saw a couple interesting stories. Of course, I dugg them.

But when I looked down in my RSS feed, I saw the stories I dugg were in my feed! What the heck? Why did that happen? It was certainly not my intention to spam my RSS feed with the diggs I made. I even dugg a John McCain story, because I thought I fixed this manner!

Surprise, surprise, it did not. Did anyone else encourages this problem, and how did he get things fixed? If anyone out there knows what I should do, please tell me. It’s really annoying to let other peoples articles show up in my RSS feed.
